CORAL GABLES, Fla., Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Madera International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WOOD) today announced that the Company has finished and approved the final draft and art for its new web site that will officially be launched on the 4th of January, 1999. Ramiro Fernandez-Moris, CEO of WOOD, stated that the Company is finally in a position to dramatically impact the environment in which it operates in the Amazon Rainforest. The only thing of which i'm certain is that the news of the new web site would NOT cause a move of this magnitude.

Two guesses:

1. Someone has information the rest of us don't have.

and/or

2. Someone is manipulating the stock.

Other opinions welcomed.
