Robert, When the company released the financials in October, you are correct, it indicated an EPS of .008. This was based on earnings of $799,060, and a float of 97,000,000. Well, we now know the float is at 122,000,000, (unless it has changed since yesterday) so with the same earnings, the EPS is now .006. As the float increases, the EPS will continue to decline, unless the earnings increase proportionally. We must keep under consideration the fact that, like it or not, the financial has not been audited, and until it has been, we have no choice but to use the figures the company provides to us. There could be errors in either direction, or it could be right on the money. That remains to be seen. Again, I am not saying this to fight with you, but rather to point out that financials and EPS cannot really be considered a viable fundamental in this particular case. Imo, the only thing anyone has to "hang their hat on" is the signed contracts. Investors have to decide for themselves if they believe these contracts are for real, and what their liklihood of ever being fruitful to the company are. Considering the results so far, I can certainly understand why a reasonable thinking person would be reluctant to have much faith in them. The IVY club deal will be 30 days old over the weekend. The people who run that club most certainly have an idea of the cash intake by now. If the company were to release at least some preliminary figures as to what they think their share of the cash will be, they may be able to restore at least some investor confidence, provided only that they are 100% on the level about the whole thing. Bottom line is, there are reasons to be for this stock and there are reasons to be against it. The factors against the company are far more numerous and solid than the factors for it, if the reason to invest in it is strictly based on long term viability of the company. I don't believe it is the least bit foolish to be extremely leary of this company. Just my opinion, Binder
