My feeling is that we need time to commercialize the technology and stop the cash burn. A debt free balance sheet may provide us with the ability to seek financing to fund the negative cash flow until that time.Of course the loss of CXOT could hurt IF they start generating positive cash flow but I have not been impressed with the performance of that company to date. Also the dilutive effect of the convertible preferred once converted is a negative ,but,I would rather own diluted shares in a going concern than non-diluted shares in a bankrupt(or sold at fire sale prices) company.I wish I had your confidence,at this point I am praying for divine intervention.
