I guess Joe fell short of his goal of getting BAAT listed on a major exchange by the end of the year. Of course there is still an hour left....

Maybe he realized that once you are 4 months behind on financials you have start over so he gave up (sounds like an electric postal vehicle). Maybe he realized that his stock was worthless (that's why Kummerow dumped it). Maybe he doesn't have enough shareholders left with all the tax-loss selling going on. I'll bet the ongoing SEC investigation was a major factor. Looks like he'll need a 100 to 1 reverse split at the shareholders meeting to get this pig into the trading range.

Oh well, maybe Bloomberg will do a New Years follow-up on scam stocks.
