A balloon payment! LOL. They don't get most of the money until 2002. BrandsForLess must have been desparate! Note the financing through convertable securities. Unfortunately, details haven't been provided about the convertables, though a mention is made of "offshore", so I presume that they will be of the oh-so-fun no-floor variety. The press release, stating that BFL was acquired "for $35M dollars" with no further explanation, was mis-leading, to say the least. Put it fork in it, it's done! This stock will slowly bleed over the next year, and I'll bet that this time next year we will see the stock at the same price, AFTER the 10-1 reverse. (Or whatever the survivor is - that's my prediction - ZULU/ESVS, whatever, 1 year from now will be at 1/10 today's value.)
