You mentioned that the move today was based on T/TCI FTC sign off...

Question, IYO, does the success of this merger going to determine how fast and hard interactive cable access will be pushed? That is, if approved, T/TCI/ATHM, they will push the technology hard, but if not approved it could languish due to no clear market leader deploying significant assets behind the technology???

Also, now the FCC needs to weigh in on the "common carrier" issue; but doesn't BRCM win with either decision? That is, if T controls the pipes or if other ISP's have access, because either way they will need a cable modem and digital set-top box.

Correct or incorrect?
