Remember that at Microtel Danny authorized the issuance of Preferred just before the company did a reverse split.

And a grand way of getting around all those silly restrictions on the common.

Just before prefererd shares are issued and prior to any reverse their could be a large amount of options exercised and share by buddies will hit the market.

One of my New Years resolutions is to open a Canadian trading account!
