It certainly could have been, and was predicted.... I would guess you're not far off target...certain promoters need to ramp up the share price if they're going to have a market for the shares they have earned by signing on to sell the company to "potential investors". I think most of the NPCT cheerleaders are laying low to help the process along. If I were them, with their motivations, I'd do the same. This is not the time for them to be fueling the fire of discontent amongst long term INCE shareholders who rightfully are disappointed in the game this all has become. Too bad INCE won't give INCE shareholders the free trading shares of NPCT they rightfully should already have in hand. Then we could all be cheerleaders (for NPCT) and those of us who want out of this nightmare (with at least some of our initial investment in hand) could walk away and let the game continue at whatever pace the puppeteers wish it to be played.
