Already been posted, but we don't mind. I'm sure you saw the news of T's suggested TCI plant upgrade from Gartner Group and Lehman Bros via USA Today. Of course they'll do that. They want to merge, don't they? What's interesting is the timing of the release. T must be whispering to Lehman through third persons and Gartner and Lehman waited for the Justice Dept decision which makes the merger far more likely. Now T can get the ball rolling and start attracting other players to take ancillary roles important to get the juggernaut rolling. Maybe the SF Bay Area build-out will now proceed. That would make a happy new year.
