MY understanding is that non-disclosure agreements prevent ABTX from discussing the ON-GOING negotiations. This is just a beached whale short tactic, with bloombergs blowhole starting to suffocate itself.

Investor Lady Bloomerber feels the sunlight

and will soon see it. The logic and resource checking, footnotes, sources, dates etc. turns their stories into laughable BS. For example, your post would make a new reader wonder what kind of facts Bloomerberg uses in making up their stories. One who has read this board or the Yahoo board for any length of time has probably written Bloomerberg complaining about the accuracy of their stories.

I understand this gentleman/lady is the editor in charge of David Evans.

Mr. Drake can probably substantiate that this is true or in the light of day may lead you to a better contact and address. Mr. Drake has lots of friends in the shorting community and, I suspect, a lot of contacts as well.

Are you going to the gala event in Las Vegas on February 22, 1999 where Roast Drake under glass will be the main course? He may bring Mr Evans up from Los Angeles.

May the light shine on.

Happy New Year.

As a long time lurker on both the Yahoo board and this thread, I am happy to have finally conquered the technical glitches that have confronted me and step up to the plate to lend my two cent's worth.

I believe that the deal is right around the corner and that to the best of his ability to do so, JT will try to catch our short friends with their pants down. I think that JT's integrity is above dispute.

I feel that this stock has presented a once in a lifetime opportunity to the small investor since where else are you going to find a CEO and a CFO who are so concerned with the little guy as to take time out from their hectic days to reassure us? What an opportunity the last three months have supplied the true believer to accumulate with the relative certainty that their faith would be rewarded. I realize that for the most part I am preaching to the choir on this thread but I nevertheless wanted to put my thoughts out there.

HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS 1999
