There is not much resemblance to the company of old. They are pretty much out of the wafer inspection business, which was unprofitable and a large source of their losses for the year. That is why they separated earnings between continuing/discontuing ops. I think this will be a good year now that they have refocused and brought on Gruntal to help them find acquisition candidates and other opportunities.
