LOL! The key ingredient in your story, imho, is the word "surgeon." I used to be a surgical tech, surgeons are used to having everything handed to them, and when they don't get exactly what they want when they want it they have tantrums. Throw things. I think Richard Harmon, Thomas M., another guy whose name escapes me who does the biocognizance website, are good people to start with. When it comes to investment advice, stay away from most MDs, I agree. They tend to have fixed ideas.
