DBCC benefits 19M float allows smaller insitutions to play a "MALL-like" situation. Earlier this week an article came out saying blocks of 10,000 to 50,000 were common on the buy side. That isnt me or you buying the stock, its the big guys. They will help provide stability. DBCC also mentioned in the 3 stocks to watch portion of this weekend's Business Week article.... It will be one of the 1st IPOs of 99... internet based. Only 2.75M shares Kernan will say Marketwatch.com at least 421 times in the next 2 weeks. Hehe, Mark
