Tim, I far from being a QP2 expert .... but here's what I do: I have all scans stored in Notepad text format, organized in Windows folders and sub-folders. When wanting to run or edit a scan, I first open it in Notepad, then open the QP2 Scan "Run", then cut / paste the scan from the notepad doc to the "Run" scan doc. Happy New Year ... Fred
