The date of Record 6/1/98 and 9/1/98 are the dates that are important, its how many CVIA shares your account showed on that particular day. That is the number the divs went to. The reverse left me with 16.66 sh That should give you 16 or 17 warrants. On 8/24/98 I bought 300 more, giving me 316.66, that should give you 31 or 32 Preferred shares. The 12/08/98 I bought 184 came after the 9/1/98 date of record. About the warrants I checked these out very well, and the news release was put out after the reverse split, so that is what these were based. I only followed through with the terms of the PR... sorry but I didnt make the rules up on the Warrants.
