Hi Les, Isn't that the book where Bressert talks about leftward
translation of the cycle in bear markets and rightward translation
in bull markets.

ie. in a bull market the 9 month cycle will be yielding higher prices
for the first 2/3 of the 9 month cycle, However, when we enter a
bear market, The 9 month cycle will have prices rising from the cycle
low for only approximately the first 1/3 of the 9 month cycle, or for 3 months?

that's the key question now (IMO) as to whether we should expect rising market averages into the April timeframe 2/3 rds of way into the 9 month cycle or if we will only get rising prices into the 1/3 portion of the 9 month cycle which would be in early Jan.

Questions....Questions,

John

PS I clicked over to the full comments that you hyperlinked on your
cycles post and I see that he is discussing this leftward, rightward
cycle translation as well.
