CBQI has no involvement with MIDL.

Mark helped with the reverse merger, and then resigned. See the filings for details. No one that was involved with MIDL is involved with this, as far as I know.

Gary is using them to host his Web site.

Price is upticking on very small volumes. CBQI indicated that the float was less then 200K shares, but any buys send this thing upward. Interesting to see what happens.

Dusty, JUST got in and about to head out again for 4 days ...

#1 ... I do not have a clue what you are referring to ... How is MIDL even considered here or to do with this stock or MIDL shareholders? Is there something I am not aware of?

#2 ... Again I have no clue what you are talking about. This is not the MIDL thread it is CBQI thread. Besides how could anyone sell out of MIDL it is not even trading????

I do not understand what you are asking or how you are linking this to MIDL outside of the apparent link with the shell being owned by Mark Pierce .... ?????? I know I am a lot behind because I am not on line hardly at all, I am designing websites. So bear with me but I do not understand the link you are making .... I do not see MIDL or anything remotely close to MIDL in the CBQI filings or their news releases. Last news release states Mark Pierce had resigned from CBQI and W. J. Flannery came in.

Gary

Hey Dusty.... this company has many of the same player's as our dear Midland AND CNHH. Now Mark Pierce is gone from CNHH and FMFD (BUT I WOULD BET HE 'S STILL A STOCKHOLDER OF SOME MERIT.) Mister Fannery is in.. LOL AND Mark Pierce was a major player in this company(fmfd) as it reversed into the shell that Mark kept a float. vis a vis a large loan of 100k.

KILGORE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 1998--CNH Holdings Co. (OTC BB:CNHH) today announces the resignation of Mark Pierce as secretary due to personal reasons and W. J. Flannery III of Dallas has been elected the company secretary.

Here's the snipit copy from A PRESS RELEASE from CyberQuest:

The Company issued 18,000,000 common shares and 70,000 shares of Class A: Redeemable Preferred Stock to the shareholders of CyberQuest. The board now consists of Michael L. Sheriff (Chairman), James E. Malone and R. J. Pipes. Mr. Sheriff is now the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Malone is the President and William J. Flannery, Secretary

From Gary:
Mike Sheriff and his staff are very cognitive of marketing products for companies on the internet and hopefully MARKETEX :-) will be a mall with their technical assistance and expertise very soon.

Now guess who designed the web site for CNHH????
Three guesses and the first one don't count!
BY GEORGE... you got it!!!

Designed by MARKETEX

SO Dusty you do INDEED have a gathering of alumna from CNHH AND Midland.
How common is the question that should be asked at this point.
Now as always this is just my opinion and just because I am highly suspect of anyone connected with Midland and question this group of business savay corporate types, <lol> does not mean that anyone should or should not put their hard earned cash in their creative hands BASED UPON MY OPINION AS STATED HERE... I am just a stooge that lost a few coins in gas additive deal and know nothing of wheeler dealer world of web sales, but I will be watching and digging up all I can so that I can be well informed.

Regards and good luck in the New Year

Jeff
