1) Yorkton hold very little stock in inventory for more than a few days. 2) Yorkton has many (7 to10) institutional clients who hold over 30% of all shares. 3) These funds have warrants that come due in early January. 4) The 350,000 share cross was most likely a buy order from one fund and a sale by another, which means a cash infusion into BII's treasury. 5) The fund that bought may be from the US. 6) Window dressing by fund managers will end at the close of the market today. 7) It is my belief that there are now over 5.5 million shares held in the US. W
