Mr. Goldfinger: I gather you are on the wrong side of a trade or you wouldn't be lambasting the CEO like you are based on erroneous info (Uhhh...that would be rumor...NO?) and your belief system. I am referring to your name calling (rodent fornicator) of CEO you made today. As for any of the SEC filings...there is nothing wrong with what was done and in fact, it was nothing like you said it was. By the way, Joe Kernan has his opinions, too, but unfortunately, his carries more weight when millions are watching. You should know by now that perceptions are sometimes wrong and things are not always what they seem...and opinions are like a..holes, everyone has one but no one really wants to hear them.
