You don't? How about sales per square foot, operating leverage,
cannibalization/neighborhood competitive issues? As one Amazon institutional holder said
to me, "The trouble with chain stores is inflexibility. They don't know they've overbuilt
until they've overbuilt. Then they're stuck."

You and I have debated this for a long time. We did make a Gentleman's bet which will take time. No point in beating the issue further.
