This would be neat if PNLK did something like this in the future.

Nortel Networks has been running a TV ad for a product that allows
real time customer service. The user clicks on a customer service
button (the Internet Voice Button) and a friendly customer service
rep appears in a window, ready to answer your questions. This level
of customer service isn't for everybody, but companies need to
dedicate more manpower to achieve higher levels of service.

Hi Allen,

Thanks for posting and letting us know that you're still with us and that you got your reply from Mr. W. It's helpful for us all to hear that he was responsive and that he's loaded for bear.

I was unable to take advantage of the recent stock dip due to a minor issue. . . no money. But, I am still pleased and thankful with my current holding.

Well, best of wishes to you and to all the gang here at SI's PNLK board for the next year.
