GET RICH, Hi!!! <<Kemble my husband and I just signed up with SI investor in large part because of reading many of your messages...they have been most informative. we wanted ability to finally reply to some of them. we both have M.A.s in finance but find that we have to "unlearn" much of what we were taught in school when it comes to investing. Thanks so much for the kind words.....I just steal my advice off the talent on this thread....and of course not being smart enough to earn your degree I just stick to common sense... :o) Dell is something very special to me and many on this thread...if we ever have any doubts....we just "cheat off the smart guy"....following Michael has given me a great deal of satisfaction and provided a means to do what I wish with my family....for this I am indebted forever....as Dell climbs I don't have to climb those ladders... GET RICH - Welcome Aboard & Happy New Year!!! You have the right priorities regarding your family. I remember a comment made by an investor to Michael during the Q & A part of the last Annual Meeting. (I encourage you to watch and listen to it next year via the web if you can't attend in person. This year, a thousand attendees viewed the meeting on the web.) He invested in DELL a few years ago when he was in the U. S. military. Due to the extraordinary gains on his investment in DELL, both of his young children now have their future college expenses completely covered. The whole convention center erupted in applause because this is what it is all about - family... Best to you and your family. And remember, Dell is the next Dell...... Duncan
