Anyone else get a proxy vote statement?: I do not have a position on GRDN presently but did receive a proxy statement asking for a vote. The first two items of four concern me. 1. "To elect five directors to serve as the Board of Directore until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until successors are duly elected and qualified and, 2. to approve the Board of Directors' selection of Hein & Associates LLP, as the Company's independent public accountants to audit the financials..FY of 1998." What's with the old board of directors? What's the matter with the "old" accountants, whomever they may be? This stock has taken serious gas in the past few weeks and something may be awry. I hope it's not another HYBR!!! ANY opinions??
