DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 13, 1998--Steve Nagel, President of Kolorfusion International, Inc. (OTC BB:KOLR), announced a Letter of Intent to License Motorola (NYSE:MOT) to have the exclusive rights for the utilization of their unique patented process in the decoration of two-way radios, cellular phones and pager markets for a minimum 2-year period.

Nagel states, "We are excited to see our technology move into another major application where consumers will be able to see the variety of designs and colors we are capable of producing with our break-through technology. Motorola introduced the use of our process at the recent PCS tradeshow in Orlando by having their theme design of 'blue sky and oranges' on the face bezel of their IDEN radio/cellular product. Ongoing design development and additional testing is taking place while we head towards processing for Motorola in the coming months." The agreement with Motorola is similar to Kolorfusion's other relationships with Sunrise Medical Home Health Care, Luxfer Gas Cylinders and George Industries.

The Kolorfusion process allows almost every product to be permanently decorated applying any color or designs. "One of our ongoing customers is Zero Halliburton which manufactures high-end aluminum cases from cosmetic cases to briefcases. Their current introductory designs make their traditional aluminum cases look like zebra and leopard skin and thereby appeal to a broader market. The same utilization of design can make Motorola products standout above the competition by offering consumers appealing looks for cellular phones, pagers or two-way radios," states Nagel.

The agreement with Motorola demonstrates the unique position Kolorfusion has established for 3-dimensional product decoration. Kolorfusion is advancing in many different product categories as it proceeds to further market and license its cost-efficient technology. Kolorfusion's patented process allows the creation of intricate, high-resolution pictures, graphics, illustrations and patterns on plastic and composite surfaces, as well as coated metal, glass and wood.
