Don: IMO you'll have no problem with the temp. My system temp stayed the same regardless of what I was running my Celeron-CPU temp is another matter but it shouldn't increase substantially unless you increase the voltage. Remember these Celeron chips use the newest .25 wafer technology vs the older .35 which ran at much higher voltages-thus, hotter. You'll sure notice the speed difference though.
