No wonder there's miscommunication here!

I did not say that felatio was not sex...

Context is everything here.

I said that Clinton's answers were based on the biblical definition of "sexual relations", wich apparently specifically refers to coitus...intercourse...the intent of wich IS "sexual" in the "reproductive" sense of the word "sexual".

Clearly, felatio does not intend impregnation/reproduction.
Felatio therefore cannot reasonably be considered a "sexual" act in this context.
