I don't know, but being a small business owner I know that if someone
is willing to take you to court it will cost you a fortune even if
there is nothing to it. I paid a fortune once like that and believe
me, I avoid being sued at all costs. Of course, I live in Alabama,
the Trial Lawyers mecca. I paid about $100,000 and they had no case
(personal injury by accident) but I couldn't afford to take the chance of going to a jury, another company in the same case did and
the jury gave them over $1,000,000. The lawyers got half, of course.
