The Wilder RSI has probably just moved back above 70. It was at 69 yesterday. Got a nice daily 12-25-9 day MACD buy signal last week confirmed by a 12-25-9 Rel Strength MACD buy signal this week. The 12-25-9 week MACD never gave a sell signal. The High-Low index also made a reaction high earlier this week leading ahead of the S&P 400, Value Line Comp, and the Russell 2000. Looks like we're in the last phase before the top next month where the dogs start barking. Bottom-fishing in a lot of dogs, including oil stocks.
