the price/volume action on DGIV later in the day was very encouraging.
Tax selling seemed to come to an end, and there were major buys happening, causing the bid/ask price to come up very nicely.

If this is a harbinger of things to come, 1999 is shaping up to be very good for DGIV!!LOL!!!!
