Marc,

There's a bunch of companies exposed to a downturn in PDVSA activity. I think the mere fact that Venezuela is even thinking of changing its ways might help boost oil prices and this will more than offset the short term loss.

Marc, ESV has zero rigs working on Lake Maracaibo now. Last few rig contracts were terminated last week. PDVSA was already spending some of next years budget.
