Trading pattern?
A look at the chart on the day of the pullback from the mid-7's to the mid-5's clearly indicates it was simultaneous with the appearance of the S-3. Whether it was retail investors on the internet or not is hard to say. As noted earlier on this thread, institutions likely had access to the filing earlier in the day, leading to the conclusion that it was investors such as ourselves doing the dumping on that day. The 'pattern' since then has been based on such light volume as to have little prognosis for the future. I can offer the observation that for the periods where I did watch it this last week, the selling came in waves, and more large blocks than small. Whenever it looked like the MMs could lift it due to buying, someone came in and whacked the bid pretty hard. A single, determined, 'large seller?' I can't say, but there's been so little selling pressure since yesterday morning that the steady buying since then has raised the ask a full point (over 7 1/4 now). Either way, it looks like both selling pressures were in effect this last week, so a claim of one doesn't invalidate the other.

If ya wanna argue, consider "allpoorman's" concerns on the yahoo thread, re: sourcing of materials, handling of wastes and solvents, etc etc. There's never any shortage of issues when one considers an operational factory.

But we've come pretty far indeed if those are our future worries!

Happy New Year to you and everyone else here, lurkers included!
