Not really to anyone in particular, just general commentary-

In Riley's defense, since he told Jill to shut off his SI account, since he can't voice for himself here, I feel the following must be said.

Riley posted his web site, his address, his fax, and his phone number for all. I don't feel he is hiding from anything. As he was the only one of the RMIL longs targeted for legal action, he would be foolish to continue to comment here anyway. The stock appears to be dead so why should he endanger his personal livelihood when he stands to make no financial gains. His web site is still up and the other info remains the same to the best of my knowledge. Those who followed him did so of their own free will. When ever I emailed him or called him in person, he responded with what I (and others) believed to be sincere and honest input. The stock may have failed to become a short squeeze, but we probably will never know the amount of people claiming to be calling for certs when, they in fact, did not. If everyone who claimed they did in the beginning would have, many of us would have likely made a healthy sum by know whether all of the shares ever arrived or not. Riley was the focal point leader for an attempt at a short squeeze that needed that leadership. Be it Riley or anyone of a number of people, the effort put forth here needed leadership and someone to track the various activities of the effort. The effort failed, the stock failed, so why continue to beat up someone not here to defend themselves? If you really have a beef with him, email or call him; I'm sure he would accomadate you. Right, wrong or indifferent, I appreciate the efforts of Riley and all the other long time OVIS/RMIL longs. It is a shame that people lost money, and for that, many feel they need to place blame. There is no one to blame but themselves. No one bought the stock, no one called their certs or no one failed to call their certs, or even followed the thread without their own actions. It was a fair playing field. Who you send a check to a blind ad found on the internet for a car or a home without seeing it? Probably not, my point being, everyone involved here had the same opportunity to be in, be out, or be cautious. The friends I have made through this stock are invaluable and irreplaceable. It is sad that some have came to hate people formerly their friends over this stock but there again, it was through the hand of their own actions they made those friends and then decided to break those friendships. The lost money can never be replaced, at least not in terms of RMIL, probably. The friendships and the learning experience will last a lifetime. For that I thank Riley, all the longs, and even all the Nay's, for without them, the learning process may not have been as vast as it was.

Thanks to all. Happy New Year Riley (drop me an email sometime) and to everyone else involved. Let's get out there and have a great '99 and beyond, put this behind us and move on. Like any other mistake in life, dwelling on it is not good. Learn from it, take something positive from the experience and go on living your lives. I intend to, and this is likely, and hopefully, my last post on the matter unless there are new developments. Hope to see you all on other threads.

RIP- OVIS/RMIL Happy New Year to all! Best of everything in '99.
