Now that tourism has sputtered, the alternatives are viable, but past their time. Many younger people, as well as retirees, are leaving for the mainland. Places like Las Vegas, Seattle, Oregon and California are magnets for folks who just want to be able to afford a decent home and lifestyle without having to work two or three jobs. I'm not complaining, though. I hate cold weather, and I thank God for everything that matters. Have a safe weekend. Paul
