What do you mean "active"? Could people living in NY State order from it...Yes.

*Don't anyone jump on my ass over this, I'm just trying to answer Joe's question!*

I also hope that AWLT goes back up in price, my portfolio on AWLT alone went from $625,000 to $4,000. LOL, I should have sold when it was over $2.50 a share! Oh well......

I don't have my eyes closed in this situation. I agree everything
could have been handled better.
On the other hand, with the price of the stock, what options
do we have except to hold what shares we have and cross our fingers and hope that down the road it will pay off.
