Dspetry,

For the sake of not polluting Anthony's thread with this (they can go to the AZNT thread), preferred stock is eventually convertible to common. But no one except insiders know the conversion ratio, do they?

Given that the CEO's father was paid a million shares of stock for $10,000 worth of Import/Export "consulting" work, while simultaneously employed as a US Customs inspector in AZNT's Las Vegas import zone, should indicate there is ample reason to harbor suspicion.

And it seems to be obvious that as a Nevada corporation their enourmously dilutive handling of stock has inflicted far more damage than anything I could achieve.

Anyway... the story is told in post 1 through 14,000+ over there.

Regards,

Ron
