Mike, thats why companies have to report now on a fully diluted basis. Since the outstanding shs of a company don't include unregistered shs. like options, preferred, 144 stock etc. the fully diluted shs are now reported on the NYSE. If you thought 28 min. was where it would end than you were clueless. When all is said and done we are probably going to have around 50 min shs.
