NSCP will catch up AOL's approximate ratio Monday
morning.

<< with netscape down today and AOL up, present value of NSCP is ~$60
and stock swap is valued at $70 (.45 x $155), why aren't NSCP shares going up?????? >>

Typically the stock of the company being acquired, in this case NSCP, trails behind the ratio. Investors know how much they will get for their shares by looking at the AOL stock. I owuld not worry if NSCP lags a little. As long as it does not lag behind a lot. I saw it at 65 after hours.
