I think they're both really damaged emotionally over the whole incident. I think He fell in love with Monica in a certain way. I know He cared about her...that's why He's so resolved in His position. Monica did not bring the Man down...She brought the entire House, and quite possibly will bring the Senate, down. She has exposed a major flaw in our system... Too many of the men in power in this Country are not focused properly. There's a real fraternity-hazing-animal-house mentality and it's embarassing.
