Stan, the key to it all is you treat people right and they will treat you right, offer a service be the best at it and the company will make money. No games or BS needed. I never could understand why a company wants to treat shareholders like mushrooms, if investors know how their money is being used, whats going on and how its being done, and see progress being made, usually they are pretty tolerant of alot of things. The Big Shot Exec's forget its the shareholders patience and money that build companies, so to me its kind of hard to not be patient with investors <IMO>

Stan, you've hit the nail right on the head! As a CEO Keith Anderson: walks the walk and talks the talk!! Show me a CEO who spends the time communicating and listening to shareholders like Keith, and I'll show you a company with so much shareholder loyalty and value until my PR firms would go out of business. IMHO the same level of effort Keith spends working shareholder issues is the same effort he'll put into creating shareholder value. Truly a "win-win" situation: leadership = results!!
