TW,

Looks like we both bought this little gem for similar reasons. But there is one thing I must tell you about the stocks I buy. They usually tank the minute after i get confirmation. It seems Wall Street knows when I buy......<grin>.

I have a nice core holding and I am going to be adding more. In my opinion there is minimal downside risk. When the S&P 500 sports a 30 PE and this baby is sporting an 8 PE on next years earnings, I have no problem holding and buying.

To compare PTVL and FLYR. PTVL went to $44 last year in the internet excitement and then retreated in the summer sell-off. FLYR has much better fundamentals, and is about to enter what I think is another internet run the first quarter of 1999. Notice the trend for PTVL was up and down, along the way up:

FLYR has been gaining strength this past quarter in this bull run. 50-day moving average is almost $6 now, and with the excitement to continue, I would suppose that we stay above that level:

FLYR had a nice move yesterday to end the day. Even without the news, we were in a definite uptrend. The news simply caused a short-term spike. I am happy to have shares at this level.

A reasonable target for the first quarter is $16, and we could see more once the priceline(PRLN) IPO comes about and news of the website opening hits the news.

The number of shares in the float provides liquidity for funds interested in getting involved. Our stability is much stronger than the have-nots who spiked with low floats. We gave up some recent gains Thursday but that is typical for companies that surge.
