Sorry to take so long to respond.

My answer to your question is: I'm not sure if this is a good value.

I have a small position (at a little over $2. per share) as a speculative holding.

I thought there was some unusually high volume late in 1998 -- which I interpreted as accumulation. Time will tell...

good luck!

Still trying to decide if this is a good investment. Sales are big. Third quarter profitis negative, but the company ascribes this to restructuring(?). Still, they do generate lots of income. Sounds like the "NEW" division Elcom.com will use their "automated procurement system" to sell over the internet. Don't have a feel for what will happen long term, but short term, it could be swept up with the internut mania. Maybe in a few quarters they'll announce a spin-off? At least it's a real company with real revenue. Unusual down here, fishing at the bottom.
