I bought my shares through fidelity funds network. Fidelity charges $30 a transaction. However, the minimum investment is $2500.

I admit $25000 initial investment is high, but think about the return for the past few years. RYOCX has done much better than S&P500, which itself has done much better than the majority of mutual funds. I don't think RYOCX requires the fund investors to time the market. RYOCX "times" it for you. The high turnover is because the volatility of Nasdaq-100. Who would have thought about Amazon and Yahoo could make it to the list?
