This has been beaten to death already. Precisely the same comments on interchangeability. Internet revolution may not depend on YHOO - but YHOO;s future is tied to internet. And will grow proportionately. In the interest of avoiding redundancy, maybe we can use discussions with MadDog as a base ? Would you mind scrolling and reading thru some of them ? I'm happy to help in anyway.

Yahoo already is a big part of the Internet. In fact it's the biggest part of the Internet.

Yahoo's model is extremely profitable...Microsoft-style profitability, 90% gross margins and 30%+ operating margins.
