Good Morning! 1999.
I was lucky to be the last buyer of DCTC in 1998.
I saw other people are buying DCTC near close. The reason for
I to put in 500shares buy at 3:59pm was to assure we have an uptick in last trading day of 1998 when MM's BID/ASK as 2 19/32 to 2 13/16.

where was the low $2.253? was it an error or some trick?

Anyway, we have a better year now.
