Well, whatever it takes, they apparantly found it, because the float has already increased by 22 million since November. Are your implying that I am saying the 500 million never happened? I really hope nobody else 'misunderstands' my posts that way. The MaxAuth is at 500 mil and that's a fact. I don't like that since it impacts the paper value of my position negatively. I do like it since it gives Eutro room to grow and solidify hopefully bringing a substantial reappreciation 'later'. Later means in a year or two or whenever Eutro goes NASDAQ.I don't really think it's a matter of if they will sell the rest of the shares into the float, but rather when. Whether Eutro is selling new shares directly into the float or not remains to be seen. January is crucial since they have to (in the moral sense) declare what, at least, the major part of that stock has been used for. Silence in this matter will not sit well with me. When you're talking about '22 million' or whatever the daily figure might be, please remember that you are talking about outstanding and not float. That is the reason why I feel I need to know exactly what 'restricted' in 'restricted shares' means. The recent marked drop in share price is not the effect of 22 million shares being dropped into the free trading float by Eutro, but rather the panic selling of shares into the float by investors. With 22 million in less than 2 months, they are off to a zealous start, imo. Since Eutro went ahead and 'did it' they'd better well use it. I guess it's like with you or me - one does not take out a loan just for kicks (at least I don't). It's inevitable that we see the largest increase in outstanding about now. Eutro is likely to have lined up several expense positions that can be paid by stock. I think the increase will probably continue at this level during first part of Q1. So, again, it is key to know the restriction of these new shares. Maybe the restriction is that they have to be held until Eutro goes NASDAQ, maybe it's a fixed time limit. We don't know, and hopefully we'll see soon.
