Recent articles in Forbes and Money magazine state that this case is SURPRISE a waste of taxpayers DOLLARS!! The stock keeps churning along with super earnings and the MAYbe purchase of a portal in 99 SOOO as soon as the government wises up and the whiners get back to their day jobs than we can continue undisturbed by a BOGUS lawsuit!! U GO MICROSOFT!!!

What are you talking about ? It is just one side story. As a consumer , if I like NN, I can easily download the browser from the internet. The problem for the failure of NSCP is itself. How can you blame your own failure on others ? If you have such habit of blaming others for your own failure , I am sorry for you. If Microsoft should not integrate IE into OS, then can you tell me why should NSCP integrate the e-mail software into NN ? You should not have double standard at all !!!!!!!!!!!!
