Mr. Habal, I first must apologize for my delay in response, I have been away. The answer to your question lies within the RT3 application itself, we currently have the ability to see BOTH the Island AND ARCA book in the Level II portion of your Market Maker screen. The simple truth is that the RT3 application itself will lock up when the orderbooks are pumped into the application (not a bandwidth issue as reported by other firms) on a high flying stock.
