Prince Shiloh My Boy, MR(Short Bus)Davis has done nothing of the sort. He and every other lightweight on this thread has not ever even read the S1 registration statement. IF he or they had, they would know what I am speaking of regarding Management being shall we say questionable. Very easy, go to freeedgar.com, read up on which of management have Wall Street backgrounds (3+), then go to nasdr.com and get their U4's (short form instantainiously, long version emailed in 24 hours). There would be no arguement. But that won't happen because these punk would rather chat and chart than do ANY research outside of lathering each other up. What a joke. Not short (yet), but considering it given who is on the other side.
