Keep an eye on PRFX for a short play coming up. One of their cronies just received one million shares for "consulting" which was pure bullshit, and 20% of the outstanding shares. A promotion may be coming to get these criminals out of their shares.

When they were saying "we are not an Internet company" the Internet stocks were flying very very high.
Check out the posts on Yahoo (maybe around 13000s) when all the longs were very frustrated and lobbying management to take a more aggressive PR approach to the Internet aspect of the company.
IFLY management kept silent.

It was obvious at that time that they were concerned about being associated with a sector that is overvalued in many respects and is ripe for a large correction. I firmly believe they are in this for the long term and want to build IFLY into a large, solid and very profitable company.

If you research I think you'll find that the Internet plan came later and was not a part of the original intention for the companies direction.

Enlighten me please on "the warrant jack" - I don't understand what you are referring to.

Happy New Year

Mark

As for IFLY, which seemingly did a "no fish-no meat" course when first telling that they have to do (or will do) sales also over the net but then deny to be a "internet-related" company (when the internet market wore off) makes me even more scared.

Look at all of our Net stuff! But, we hasten to say, we're not a Net company (wink wink, nudge, nudge)!

I have no position in IFLY.

EDIT:

Interestingly, for saying they're not a Net company, they release a news story after the close on Dec 31, title: "800 Travel Systems Launches Internet Reservation System".
