hi thomas,

welcome to the thread and you are in two great stocks (asnd & xyln).

first my thoughts on xyln...IMO this stock is a must hold, i feel 100% it will be taken over and it could happen real soon now....and we all know that it's announced before or after the bell.....my takeover target price is $35 and last i heard there were several large companies in talks or bidding for the company and LU is one of them.

asnd...this is no secret that they are going to be bought also, i have heard LU,CSCO or IBM as the buyers .....i'm not sure on the time frame or the price but for a guess i would say in the low 80's....this stock also is a must hold and in the next two weeks i think you will be real happy you did buy and hold;)

osi....one of my all time favorites, this stock is now at $30 and it is also a takeover target and not just a tim luke rumor, this was reported by several news services including Bloomberg...IMO the company will be bought this 1/4 and will fetch 40+.....but if it doesn't happen right away you will see this stock mover higher and then split...i have been in 3 splits now in the last 2 years, they like to split the stock every time it moves above the 35 area.

as you can see i like to play the takeover arena, my first was the usrx/coms deal and my second which i broke on SI 1 month before is happened was the disney/seek deal.

good luck and happy trading
